I have always been a fan of baths. Taking a luxuriating, long, hot bath was an indulgence I had at least once a week. I used “regular” bath bombs in my bath rituals but my mind was blown when I tried a CBD infused one. A whole new world.
CBD is a great anti-inflammatory, relieves stress and anxiety, helps with chronic pain, hella useful as a sleep aid, and I could go on and on about the other benefits but you get the drift. It’s awesome! Combine the 100mg of CBD in each bath bomb with the warm bath water and the essential oils in the bath bomb and you have a really great woooosah experience. I love the exact moment when the CBD bath bomb hits the water, starts to fizz, and then all the aromas of the essential oils are released. It takes bath time and relaxation to a higher level.
The essential oils give the benefit of aromatherapy to your bath. By inhaling the aromas and having them absorbed through your skin while soaking has many health benefits. There are messages sent to your brain, based on the oils you use, through the nervous system.

You keep hearing me say experience. When I’m using the CBD bath bombs it’s exactly that. In order to get the most relaxation I can possibly have I set a whole mood up in here! I light a candle, put on my Luther Vandross playlist, and light one of my favorite candles. Wait, I almost forgot a key ingredient- my wine!
Now, for the water I like it hot hot. Warm works great too, just get it to whatever temperature you prefer. Drop the CBD bath bomb into the tub. Watch it dance around, fizz, and add a nice color to the water. Don’t worry the colorant is non staining. Get on in and make sure you soak for at least 30 minutes to really full the full effect of the CBD and essential oils.
